Soft Rock / Psych artist Telos Vision release a loud, up tempo rock song in new single Nothing Else Matters. The single is released August 28th via Icons Creating Evil Art

Teodor Boogh, known under the alias Telos Vision, is frequently seen collaborating with some of Sweden’s most acclaimed artists and musicians. Having worked with bands such as Goat, Graveyard, The Soundtrack of Our Lives, Little Dragon, and The Hellacopters over the past year, the Gothenburg-based multi-instrumentalist now returns with his loud, up-tempo rock anthem “Nothing Else Matters.”

Channeling the restless energy of contemporary indie greats such as The Killers, Bleachers, and The War On Drugs, Nothing Else Matters is music made for tAhe open road — a pulsing, melodic rush that merges Telos Vision’s soft rock/psych roots with a sharper, high-octane edge.

Lyrically, the track dives into the complex, often avoided subject of needing someone in a relationship. In a time when independence and “having your own life” are often held as the highest virtues in love, Telos Vision poses the question: is it really love if you don’t need the other person — and if they don’t need you? For Boogh, the willingness to need is inseparable from the willingness to risk, and true love always lives close to the edge.

This release follows a prolific period for Telos Vision. In 2023, Boogh released his debut full-length Traces of Light, earning critical acclaim both in Sweden and internationally, and receiving a nomination at Manifestgalan — often referred to as the Swedish indie Grammys. He celebrated the album with a two-month tour alongside Graveyard. Later that year, he released the EP The End, a collaboration with Erik Bodin and Fredrik Wahlin of Little Dragon, which brought him and his band to New York City for two shows lauded by American Songwriter Magazine.

Described as a Swedish counterpart to Jonathan Wilson (Father John Misty, Angel Olsen, Roger Waters), Boogh once again plays all instruments himself on Nothing Else Matters, as well as producing and mixing the track. The result is a song that’s both urgent and expansive — a bold new chapter for Telos Vision, and a reminder that sometimes, love means not keeping your distance.
