HAERDSMAELTA embrace the apocalypse on new album HAERDROCK. Swedish underground cult act unleash their most ambitious and uncompromising album to date Released October 23rd via Icons Creating Evil Ar

After more than a decade spent building one of Sweden's most unpredictable underground universes, HAERDSMAELTA return with HAERDROCK, their third full-length album and first release through Icons Creating Evil Art. If previous releases hinted at societal collapse, HAERDROCK walks straight into the fire.

Across ten relentless tracks, the band tears into anti-intellectualism, extremism, consumerism, environmental destruction, guilt, anxiety and the absurdity of modern existence. Equal parts dystopian satire and psychological horror, HAERDROCK is delivered with crushing riffs, industrial noise, hardcore aggression, punk urgency and the band's unmistakable dark humour.

The campaign began with the explosive first single Enjoy The Feast, introducing the album's world through a furious invitation to "light the pyres" while greed, hypocrisy and blind obedience consume everything in sight. From there, HAERDROCK descends deeper into increasingly surreal territory.

Songs like Artificial Ignorance confront a society where anti-intellectualism is celebrated over knowledge. The Kids Are Alt-Right examines political polarization through biting irony and uncomfortable satire. The Point Of No Concern captures humanity sleepwalking beyond redemption, while City Of The Dead imagines civilizations built on prejudice, decay and greed. Throughout the album, HAERDSMAELTA refuse easy answers, instead forcing listeners to confront the uncomfortable contradictions of contemporary life.

Musically, HAERDROCK is the band's most focused statement yet. Hardcore collides with industrial noise, punk, metal and unexpected melodic moments, all held together by a production that sounds simultaneously mechanical and dangerously alive. Every riff feels designed to hit harder, every chorus like a warning siren.
