Swedish punk legends Noice had their big break overnight in 1980 and became one of Sweden's most popular bands with numerous hits. In 2020, the musical about Noice was staged at Cirkus in Stockholm and, despite the pandemic, just over 14,000 tickets were sold. In the spring of 2020, the documentary about Noice was broadcasted for the first time on Swedish national television, was repeated twice and was seen by a total of 1.2 million viewers on linear TV and 1 million online. Still today, their live audiences are large and enthusiastic, and the band frequently invites them to high-octane rock shows that more often than not sell out well in advance.
